Please read these terms carefully before using the gg99 platform — all rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are covered in detail here.

Important Notice: The gg99 platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only. All terms and conditions below are mandatory for every user. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted all these terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the gg99 platform and all its services ("Services"). By visiting the gg99 website, registering an account, or using any service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

gg99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

Please note: These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

Registration & Eligibility

  • Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
  • Information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be complete, truthful, and accurate. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
  • Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account at gg99.
  • gg99 may request documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to submit documents may result in account restrictions.
  • Account login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

Account Management & Security

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify gg99 support immediately.
  • gg99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without providing a reason, particularly in cases of Terms violations.
  • Only funds belonging to you may be deposited into your account — managing funds on behalf of others is prohibited.
  • To close your account, contact the support team; any eligible balance will be returned even after voluntary account closure.
  • Accessing the platform using a false identity, proxy, or VPN is prohibited.

Financial Transaction Terms

Deposits

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at gg99:

  • bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits are accepted via these four mobile banking channels.
  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
  • Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Contact support for any delays.
  • The correct reference number or transaction ID must be provided at the time of deposit.
  • Deposits are only accepted from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal processing generally takes 10–45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same mobile banking method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawal amounts may be held pending completion of identity verification.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-related balances (see Section 6 for details).

Welcome Bonus Policy

New members at gg99 will receive a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement to withdraw the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount only — not the combined deposit and bonus.

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
Wagering: ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing the bonus.
Example 2: Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus capped at ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳32,000.
Wagering: ৳10,000 × 15 = ৳150,000 must be wagered.
  • The bonus applies once only and to one account per person.
  • If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be forfeited.
  • Some games may contribute partially or not at all toward wagering calculations — contact support for specific details.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
  • gg99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program Terms

gg99's VIP Program has three tiers:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Promotion to a higher tier may occur based on regular activity and compliance with platform terms. Eligibility for VIP benefits is entirely at gg99's discretion.

Anti-Fraud & Anti-Abuse Policy

  • Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of manipulation is prohibited.
  • Any attempt to collect bonuses from multiple accounts belonging to the same person will result in all accounts being closed and all earned bonuses being forfeited.
  • If money laundering or any illegal financial activity is suspected, gg99 will cooperate with the relevant legal authorities.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.

Fair Play Policy

All games at gg99 are operated fairly and transparently. Slots, live casino, and other games are supplied by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and others) and run on verified software.

  • Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — no interference is possible.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, gg99 reserves the right to void that round.
  • If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, contact support — every complaint will be reviewed.

Sports Betting Rules

Betting is available at gg99 on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The following rules apply to sports betting:

  • If an event is cancelled after a bet is placed, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • gg99 reserves the right to void bets placed due to system technical errors or clear pricing mistakes.
  • Decisions on accepting or voiding in-play bets are at gg99's discretion.
  • Coordinated betting (syndicate) from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

Amendments & Severability

If any single provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full effect. gg99 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an amendment will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
